Afnan AGRAMONT AKIYAMA

Dr. Agramont has more than 14 years of experience in water utilities, water resources and the environmental management research. His experience includes daily water utility operations and the analysis of production, operation and maintenance, and commercial management of water utilities in the global south. Also, he has experience developing a preliminary assessment, design and construction of multi-organization water and sanitation projects in the developing regions of Uganda and Bolivia.

Related to environmental and water resources management, Dr. Agramont has experience in watershed assessment and data analysis employing GIS tools, environmental monitoring design, and planning/policy strategy development based on environmental key performance indicators.  Dr. Agramont is a professor of Environmental Engineering at the Bolivian Catholic University, a guest lecturer at the Free University of Brussels, and IHE-Delft; he lectured courses such as Ecotoxicology, Integrated Water Resources Management, Environmental Quality Management, Integrated Ecology and Environmental Ethics. During his time as a professor at the Bolivian Catholic University, he earned an excellence lecturing distinction for the periods 2020,2021 and 2022
